Summary: The Inside Sales Development Representative will work primarily in an outbound calling role primarily contacting Volunteer EMS Services with minimal run volume and Fire Department, EMS and Education facilities, who have not done business with Bound Tree in over 18months. This is a high volume phone sales activity and candidate will be required to prospect for business and interact closely with marketing to generate new activities. Will assist in varying projects to achieve business objectives and to ensure customer delight expectations, including, but not limited to, assisting with timely customer requests and issues, marketing campaigns to drive the Customer Experience. This could propel you to a periodic Inside Sales Account Manager opportunity when the need arises
