Responsibilities and Qualifications



The Website Content Coordinator is responsible for collecting, maintaining and improving all product related and marketing data on company websites while adhering to website style guidelines. This individual will utilize vendors, vendor websites, and sometimes internal departments to obtain and maintain website content. The Website Content Coordinator will also be responsible for updating featured product listings and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities, as well as coordinating other content assets such as sell sheets, videos, white papers and more.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining website master product catalog and content assets across multiple websites
  • Collect, input and maintain product images, descriptions and other product details and attributes
  • Utilize content management system (CMS) to perform maintenance on product listings
  • Collect and post additional content assets (i.e. sell sheets, videos, white papers, etc.) on websites, company intranet and quoting tool
  • Utilize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles to create, manage, and optimize product listing content
  • Re-size images, adjust web copy and post web graphics
  • Coordinate cross-sell and upsell listings on websites
  • Additional duties as assigned


  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 1-2 years of web content coordination

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS)
  • Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work independently with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment handling multiple priorities, meeting deadlines
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint            
  • Must be able to work on PC platform
