Responsibilities and Qualifications



The Website Data Coordinator is responsible for the new item set-up process and ongoing maintenance of product data for company websites using the Content Management System (CMS). This includes collecting, maintaining and improving all product, category and marketing related data as well as updating featured product listings, hidden keywords, marketing promotions, cross-sell/up-sell opportunities, and other content assets such as sell sheets, videos, and white papers. The Website Data Coordinator will utilize vendors, vendor websites, and sometimes internal departments to obtain and maintain website product data ensuring the highest level of integrity and accuracy.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • New item-setup process and ongoing maintenance of website product data and documentation, ensuring integrity and accuracy of product catalogs in our Content Management System (CMS)
  • Develop processes to maintain the product information in CMS; this includes changes to existing items and item additions, as well as changes to CMS structure to accommodate new regions, categories or brands
  • Perform thorough audits for product data accuracy, both for new and existing products, and work with cross-functional teams as needed to correct any discrepancies found
  • Collect and post additional content assets (i.e. sell sheets, videos, white papers, etc.) on websites
  • Collect, re-size, input and maintain product images
  • Coordinate featured product listings, hidden keywords, marketing promotions, and cross-sell/up-sell listings
  • Additional duties as assigned


  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of data maintenance and/or content management experience

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Extraordinary ability to actively organize data; understands importance of data accuracy; structured thinking and problem solving
  • Passion for data organization
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS)
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work independently with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment handling multiple priorities, meeting deadlines
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint            
  • Must be able to work on PC platform
  • Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) preferred
