The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for enhancing Sarnova’s collective capacity for performance through the continued focus on company culture, employee relations, and performance engagement & development at every stage of the employee life-cycle. A key focus of the role will be to ensure the alignment of functional developmental needs with business priorities and the ultimate goal of maximizing organizational design. Primary duties will include a wide range of responsibilities ranging from high-level strategic planning discussions to ground-level “sleeves rolled up” project work.
