Responsibilities and Qualifications

Summary:

 

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is a very important member of the Cardio Partners Team. This is not your typical coordinator position and this person will be asked to own important aspects of our sales and marketing activities. This talented individual will not only engage on a wide range of online and offline marketing efforts, but also oversee major projects and initiatives that drive our business forward. We are seeking someone with a minimum of 2 years of applicable experience with a passion for the creative process, project oversight and delivering materials and initiatives to necessary timelines. This position will require hands-on engagement in developing and managing multiple eCommerce channels including social media, email, website, SEO as well as a number of offline activities.  This person will be part of a cardiac care company that truly cares and partners daily with front line emergency responders. The primary role of the Digital Marketing Coordinator is to:

  1. Assist Sales & Marketing in creating highly effective digital marketing campaigns and sales enablement tools
  2. Assist in updating/maintaining existing websites via content management system
  3. Own Social and Email channel development – you will deliver end to end oversight
  4. Assist in the creation and implementation of numerous marketing related activities – marketing calendar creation, blogging, vendor management, PR, event coordination and management, content creation and editing, promotion management, facilitating and partnering with various departments as necessary, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • 50% Project Management and Prime Project Driver – Own and assist in the development and implementation of various marketing activities
  • 25% Idea Generator – Bring ideas to the table that help solve problems big and small and improve our go to market strategy
  • 25% Coordination – Assisting marketing lead in the go-to-market strategy and supporting initiatives as needed.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Passion to grow and have fun! This should be fun . . .
  • Highly creative with ability to identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Willingness to learn analytic tools and report building for digital marketing activities
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Solid writing and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to manage large amounts of content and capture critical selling points.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented; able to organize and prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Assertive and proactive; should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, quality-driven and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with people at all levels within the company as well as with vendors and manufacturers.
  • Basic math skills; ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, margins and percentages.
  • Able to successfully work in a changing environment.

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 2 years of applicable experience
