Responsibilities and Qualifications



The SharePoint Administrator is responsible for the operation, maintenance, administration and improvement of the SharePoint environment.  


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administrator for the following applications: SharePoint (Business Portal), OnBase, SysAid
  • Security administrator for MS Dynamics GP 13
  • Prepare and maintain all project documentation such as; discovery, design and implementation plans.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and reporting documentation as necessary to ensure timely communication and successful delivery of assigned projects.
  • Ensure adequate levels of documentation are produced as part of the technical solution.
  • Develop and maintain a communications plan and keep business units and functional teams appraised of project plans and related implications.
  • Ensure business benefits can be realized or that risks inhibiting realization are highlighted.
  • Coordination of internal/external resource providers as necessary to meet project timelines.
  • Provide support as necessary to business change projects as well as day to day SysAid escalations.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 3+ years’ job related experience.
  • Intermediate to advance level of proficiency with Sharepoint products.
  • Experience with the following programs:

              - InfoPaths Forms Development

              - OnBase

              - SysAid

              - SQL

              - Crystal Reports Design

              - GP Security

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Have the ability to ideas/information clearly and effectively through oral and written communications.
  • Ability to work effectively with project teams and prepare project presentations.
  • Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively and juggle multiple projects.
  • Proficient research and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Skilled problem solving capabilities.
