    Responsibilities and Qualifications


    The Inside Sales Development Representative will work primarily in an outbound calling role primarily contacting Volunteer EMS Services with minimal run volume and Fire Department, EMS and Education facilities, who have not done business with Bound Tree in over 18months. This is a high volume phone sales activity and candidate will be required to prospect for business and interact closely with marketing to generate new activities. Will assist in varying projects to achieve business objectives and to ensure customer delight expectations, including, but not limited to, assisting with timely customer requests and issues, marketing campaigns to drive the Customer Experience. This could propel you to a periodic Inside Sales Account Manager opportunity when the need arises.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    •  Essential driver of the Customer Experience for EMS Services and Educational Facilities.
    •  High volume customer touches by phone and marketing campaigns.
    •  Ensure customers receive prompt and efficient service, including follow-up on web leads and orders
    •  Work as customer advocate with internal departments to ensure process of returns, credits and replacement orders for our small volume customer base.
    •  Coordinate with internal department to resolve customer issues.
    •  Propel Customer Requests for Quotes through quote negotiations.
    •  Follow-up with Customers about open Quotes to close the sale.
    •  Create target lists for monthly marketing initiatives, collaborate with marketing to generate material, track "open" rates.
    •  Create and manage prospect lists and follow through with success of execution.
    •  Help research supply quotes, returns, customer inquiries and follow-up with CS Team Research competition and product information.



    •  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    •  Sales/customer service experience is preferred

    •  Must demonstrate excellent communication skills (professional, cordial, diplomatic)
    •  Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
    •  Ability to work in a goal-oriented, High-Performance Team environment
    •  Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office with ability to learn and function with multiple software tools
    •  Sound judgment and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and develop alternative solutions.
    •  Customer-focused with ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions.
    •  Effective time management and organizational skills.
    •  Strong written communication skills with ability to prepare clear, concise business proposals.
