    Responsibilities and Qualifications


    The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for working directly with customers and the national training staff to assist in the assignment, delivery and completion of certification courses. This role will also assist with customer inquiries and administrative support.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Schedule training classes with instructors and customer training sites.
    • Monitor systems and schedules to ensure new classes, pending classes and upcoming classes are being handled appropriately.
    • Collaborate with internal Customer Service Representatives for course inquires and scheduling.
    • Maintain and update instructor records to comply with company policies.
    • Work with customers to answer any questions and resolve all issues and concerns in a responsive and professional manner.
    • Support management with national conference calls and presentations.
    • Process certification cards/e-cards and ensure timely delivery to customers via mail or e-mail.
    • Assist Management Scout Instructors with preparing for the interview monitoring process.
    • Maintain open communication with management in regards to instructor, training site, or schedule issues.



    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • At least 2-3 years of customer service experience.
    • Strong computer skills. Basic understanding of MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
    • Medical experience and CPR Certification preferred.

      • Strong interpersonal skills.         Must be able to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with customers and co-workers.
      • Ability to accurately assess a situation and identify and resolve customer problems.
      • Must possess self-motivation and the initiative to exceed customer expectation.
      • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Capable of working independently with minimum supervision.
    • Excellent follow-up capabilities.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and be customer service-oriented.
