    Responsibilities and Qualifications



    The Marketing Production Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Senior Marketing Manager in creating highly effective online and offline marketing campaigns focused on demand generation. The primary responsibilities include designing graphics for a wide variety of promotions/campaigns using EMP’s brand specifications and coordinating the execution of targeted email broadcasts, advertising insertions and Website postings. This individual will also partner with the Product Management and Pricing Teams to ensure accurate product positioning and pricing.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Design marketing graphics to support campaigns/promotions including, but not limited to, Website banners and advertisements, email graphics, social media graphics, etc.
    • Gather feedback and assimilate content (product focus, promotional pricing, target audience, etc.) into campaigns/promotions.
    • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to customers/prospects on a regular basis.
    • Coordinate advertising submissions with key publications and Web channels.
    • Manage and maintain marketing email and mail lists to ensure updated and accurate contact/address data ensuring deliverability and segmentation.
    • Work with company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to gather customer details and determine optimal target lists.
    • Set up promotions and sale pricing on company Website(s) utilizing Content Management System (CMS).
    • Manage and update image database for utilization in marketing materials.
    • Re-size images and post web graphics as needed.
    • Work with Sales, Product Management and Pricing Teams to optimize campaign effectiveness.
    • Lead/manage customer automation programs to proactively communicate to customers.
    • Film, edit and post videos per marketing plan.
    • Evaluate campaign performance to ensure highly optimized campaigns. 
    • Additional duties as assigned.


    • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or related field.
    • 1-3 years of related experience including graphic design experience.
    • Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Basic HTML.
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Healthcare-related experience a plus.

    Skills/Experience Required:

    • Highly organized and detail oriented; able to organize and prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines.
    • Critical eye for design and strong proofreading skills.
    • Proactive; should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, quality-driven and capable of working with minimal supervision.
    • Able to successfully work in a changing environment.
    • Basic math skills; ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, margins and percentages.
