    Responsibilities and Qualifications

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Report out sales actuals and projections daily, weekly, monthly as needed.
    • Partner with Sales and Operations teams to develop and manage forecasting and analytical models.
    • Manage month-end analyses and reconciliations as needed for financial close including training, service, and inventory.
    • Report out financial results for the business including divisional and product line metrics at month-end.
    • Manage contracts with vendors and customers.
    • Manage pricing process and reviews.
    • Assist in Annual budget and Operating Plan development as well as tracking and management with budget owners throughout the year.
    • Manage routine financial administrative needs including invoice approvals and check requests.
    • Manage other administrative needs for office management.
    • Protects operation of the business by keeping financial information confidential.
    • Perform all other duties and responsibilities as needed.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of pricing and cost analysis models, operations and sales planning and reporting activities and metrics
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products including advanced experience in Excel, Word and Power Point. Experience with an ERP, sales or reporting system preferred.
    • Must have either 2 years’ experience in an analytical role OR a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, business administration.

    • Ability to collaborate with all cross-functional departments.
    • Strong communication skills, including ability to influence and communicate at all levels, through verbal and written means. Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
