The Accounts Receivable Manager will provide effective support and guidance to the Accounts Receivable team. Leading by example to best serve the customer and to help the company meet its objectives through the appropriate application of customer payments, credit/rebills, write offs, refunds and invoice processing. This position will also design and implement various processes/systems to improve cash flow and reduce receivables to agreed upon benchmarks.
The Account Manager is responsible for executing Tri-anim’s acute care sales plan within an assigned territory, and maintaining and growing business with existing customers. Additionally, the Account Manager is responsible for identifying and developing relationships with new acute care customers in new and developing call points. The Account Manager is responsible for all sales activity in their assigned territory including handling all customer needs and ensuring that the sales territory meets revenue and gross profit growth goals.

The Customer Account Billing Analyst works with our customers and internal business partners (Customer Service, Warehouse Operations, Sales, Accounting and Finance) to resolve billing and invoicing concerns. You will be responsible for researching discrepancies between the customers’ records, expectations, and the Company’s records. As well as assist customers with account reconciliations, proof of deliveries, return information etc. to resolve any inconsistencies between the customer and the Company while actively collecting payments in a timely manner.

Service Desk Tech II
Overview:

The Service Desk Technician II reports to Timothy Gomes, the Service Desk Manager.
Job Overview
The Service Desk Technician II (SDT) is a full time, fully remote, non-exempt role. The SDT is tasked with assessing, resolving, and escalating incoming support requests from multiple sources, including phone, email, and submitted tickets. The SDT additionally creates, updates, and reviews existing knowledgebase articles which define processes and procedures.
During training (approximately four weeks), position will be in our Chappaqua, NY office five days per week. After training, this will be a hybrid position – work in the Chappaqua office four days per week and work from home one day per week.

The Financial Analyst will compile and distribute various daily, weekly, and monthly financial, operational, and sales reports. Assist in the creation of new department specific operational metrics. Support the completion of the company’s budgeting and forecasting function. Must have a strong accounting or finance background and be knowledgeable in accounting systems, financial statements, and the general ledger. Perform financial projects and analysis as needed.
Shift: M-F 830am-5pm EST. Fully Remote. Work from the comfort of your home. The Medicare Billing Representative is primarily responsible for working claims after they’ve been submitted to Medicare. This position requires an individual who demonstrates strong follow-through, close attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.
